In 2017, about 832 aluminum extrusion companies in China maintained approximately 3,800 extrusion presses, but there were too many extrusions of less than 12 MN, about 2280, accounting for about 60% of the total, and medium extrusions with extrusion forces of 15 MN to 45 MN. The proportion of presses is smaller, accounting for about 30%. This kind of structure has obvious irrationality and urgently needs to be improved. The measures to be improved are: replacing small extruders with medium extruders and performing porous die extrusion. Of course, the construction of intelligent medium-sized porous die extrusion small profiles may be the most important. Best choice. In the structure of the extruder, the proportion of the machine with a pressing force of less than 12 MN is preferably not more than 20%.
