MOSCOW January 31, Norilsk Nickel said on Wednesday that fourth quarter nickel production increased by 11% from the previous quarter to 60,032 tons. The company is one of the largest nickel and palladium producers in the world. Palladium output for the fourth quarter was 753,000 ounces, an increase of 9%. Platinum production increased 2% to 177,000 ounces.
