309S Stainless Steel are better than 0Cr19Ni9.309S is a variation of 309 stainless steel with the lowest carbon content, used for welding occasions. Low carbon content minimizes the carbon dioxide precipitated from the thermal impact zone near the weld, and the precipitation of the carbide may cause the corrosion of the stainless steel in some environments.
